HOW IT STARTED.

Started washing cars...

Ever since I was little I was fascinated by cars.
The design, the lines, the technology...
In my teenage years I started washing cars in the village garage.
The owner, Robert, was a very passionate classic car enthusiast.
Classic Porsches, MGs, so many beautiful things passed by there!
So I was so enthusiastic that after high school I wanted to go to the Dutch car school:
The IVA! (Institute for the Automotive Industry).


AND THEN.

Started working after school.

 

When I graduated from the IVA in 2000, I then studied HBO Marketing. During this study, I already started working at a multi-brand dealer in Waalwijk.

After this, I held various positions at three dealerships, from junior salesperson to branch manager.


In 2012, I was given the opportunity to work with classic cars, in a word, fantastic! Enjoying beautiful old-timers every day, nice customers who have now become friends and who also get paid...


Yet I still had the itch to start my own business, so I realized this childhood dream in 2018. I founded Classic Traders Only, a worldwide network for classic car dealers. In addition, I was asked by a German auction house to work for them, on a freelance basis, as a consignment expert in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. A wonderful time with great live events, the most beautiful old-timers and exclusive cars have passed by here. 

Unfortunately, the corona virus came in 2020 and this also stopped the market with live auctions. Within a few weeks I founded jenden | classic car auctions. With which we have now auctioned hundreds of cars.

I still enjoy auctioning cars online.
However, there was still something missing for me...



TODAY.





A "shop" of my own:

 

What was missing was a "shop" of my own, filled with the nicest cars I could find. This could be an Oldtimer, but also a Youngtimer or another car that makes you smile when you drive it or look at it.


In Geertruidenberg I found a unique place, close to the historic center of this ancient fortified city.
